2. RETURNS
Right of Return must be requested within 15 days from reception.
European Union
Free return, as long as the direction from which the package is returned remains within EU.
Worldwide
Customers will take care of shipping and any duty costs, if any.
To proceed to return, please follow these steps:
- Contact info@chezcasavega.com to get a Return Authorization and a shipping label, if needed as well as the information about the return conditions.
- Prepare a package including the shipping label and drop it off at the same shipping agency access point.
- Once the Product has been guaranteed to be in the same condition in which it was first shipped, a refund will be issued. This may take 10 to 15 business days.
Incidents or defective Products
Please, check the Products once you receive the shipment. Incidents must be claimed within 3 days by writing to info@chezcasavega.com including:
- Your order number
- A description of the item and its problem
- A photo of the Product and its hang tag
Customer Service will contact you within 2 business days.
3. EXCHANGES
You will need to return your order in the same condition as when shipped, first. Please, see Return’s conditions. Once the refund has been issued, you can make your new Purchase. Chez Casa Vega will not assume any shipping costs for a new order placed after a return, nor will it apply any previous vouchers / discounts from the original order.
